摘要
一招制敌是武术技击的最高境界。本研究通过对精神、力量、技术三个在实战中取胜的主要因素的分析,提出掌握"一招制敌"技击的要领和思路。
It is the highest level of wushu(martial arts)to defeat the enemy with one move.Through the analysis of spirit,strength and technology,this paper puts forward the essentials and ideas of mastering the technique of"one move to defeat the enemy".
