摘要
近年关于五倍子治疗口腔疾病的应用已被广大医学者所接受,作为其发酵产物,百药煎在治疗口腔疾病中的研究越来越多。两者在主要成分上相似,但含量有所差别,百药煎中没食子酸含量较五倍子多,鞣质较五倍子少,其药理作用非常广泛,主要是抗菌、收敛作用、抗肿瘤等。在牙周病和口腔黏膜病已有较好的临床应用,在其它口腔疾病也具有较好的应用前景。本文通过查阅并分析近年来五倍子和百药煎的相关文献,综述百药煎与五倍子的差异及百药煎治疗口腔疾病的研究进展。
In recent years,the application of Wubeizi in the treatment of oral diseases has been accepted by the majority of medical practitioners.The research of Baiyaojian-the fermented product of Wubeizi in the treatment of oral diseases has widely reported.The main components of Baiyaojian and Wubeizi are similar,but the content is different.The content of gallic acid in Baiyaojian is more than that of Wubeizi,and the tannin is less than that of Wubeizi.Its pharmacological effects are very extensive,mainly antibacterial,astringent and anti-tumor.It has wide clinical applications in periodontal disease and oral mucosal disease,and has good application prospects in other oral diseases.In this paper,by consulting and analyzing the related literature of Wubeizi and Baiyaojian in recent years,this article summarizes the difference between the two drugs and the research progress of Baiyaojian in treating oral diseases.
