基于产业集聚模式的特色小镇创建研究--以福安市湾坞不锈钢新材料小镇为例

国家推出了“特色小镇”这一新举措。特色小镇的创建,需以产业为基础,通过构建完整的产业链,形成一定规模的产业集聚群。综合分析湾坞不锈钢新材料小镇概况,确定小镇发展模式为“人有我优”型,提出了湾坞不锈钢新材料小镇的建设,应按照“规划为引导、特色为方向,文化为底蕴,产业为基础,企业为主体,生态为基质”的创建思路,以达到湾坞不锈钢新材料小镇‘引领中国不锈钢研发创新、打造全球不锈钢文化标杆示范区’的目标,为特色小镇的规划、建设、管理工作提供参考。
