上下杭历史文化街区交通优化提升研究

Research on Traffic Optimization and Promotion of Shangxiahang Historical District

上下杭历史文化街区是福州历史文化名城的重要组成部分。近期福州市委市政府拟以高定位、高品位、高站位对街区进行提升改造,对交通提出了更高的要求。根据现状交通情况和街区规划,提出打造上下杭历史文化街区“门户微枢纽”,通过科学的交通规划,实现各类交通方式“各畅其流,便民为基”,供景区道路交通设施建设借鉴。

ShangXiaHang historical and cultural district is an important part of Fuzhou's historical and cultural city.In the near future,the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Government intends to upgrade and renovate the block with high positioning,high grade,and high standing.Put forward higher requirements for traffic.According to the current traffic conditions and block planning,it is proposed to build a"gateway micro-hub"in the historical and cultural block of ShangXiaHang.Through scientific traffic planning,various modes of transportation can be"flowed smoothly and convenient",which can be used as a reference for the construction of road traffic facilities in attractions.
