基于绿色校园建筑理念的校园建筑设计--以漳州西湖生态园片区谢溪头小学为例

Campus architectural design based on the conception of green campus architecture--Take Xiexitou primary school in Zhangzhou Westlake Eco-park as an example

以三星级绿色生态城区-漳州西湖生态园片区内谢溪头小学项目为例,进行绿色校园建筑理念下的校园建筑设计研究。结合项目周边环境和建筑设计要点,针对项目的日照、采光、通风、噪声等方面进行绿色性能分析,利用分析结果,采取相应绿建措施及BIM技术应用,探讨如何以绿色校园建筑理念打造二星级绿色建筑。

Taking the project of xiexitou primary school in Zhangzhou West Lake Ecological Park,a three-star green ecological city,as an example,this paper studies the campus architectural design under the concept of green campus architecture.Combined with the surrounding environment and architectural design points of the project,this paper analyzes the green performance of the project in terms of sunshine,lighting,ventilation,noise,etc.,and uses the analysis results to take corresponding green building measures and BIM Technology Application,and expounds how to build a two-star green building with the concept of green campus building.
