摘要
以福州市某排水管网改扩建工程近接地铁施工段落为背景,结合地铁监测和隧道结构现状检测结果,提出顶管施工时的变形控制标准,并对上穿地铁区间隧道的顶管工程进行三维有限元模拟,分析施工过程中隧道的位移和收敛变形,为后续设计施工提供依据。顶管近接工程施工前除了应对可能的环境变形进行预测外,尚应收集既有结构的变形情况,并进行结构健康检测,施工过程中,应加强对地铁的保护和监测,并针对可能发生的施工风险制定应急预案。
Based on the construction section of a drainage network reconstruction and expansion project close to the subway in Fuzhou,combined with the results of subway monitoring and tunnel structure status detection,the deformation control standard during pipe jacking construction is put forward.The three-dimensional finite element simulation of the pipe jacking project passing through the subway section tunnel is carried out,and the displacement and convergence deformation of the tunnel in the construction process are analyzed,which provides a basis for the subsequent design and construction.Before the construction of pipe jacking project,in addition to predicting the possible environmental deformation,the deformation of the existing structure shall be collected and the structural health detection shall be carried out.During the construction process,the protection and monitoring of the subway shall be strengthened,and an emergency plan shall be formulated for the possible construction risks.
