The Value Connotation and Innovation Exploration of Labor Education in Universities of the New Era

高校全面落实立德树人根本任务的关键一环是德智体美劳的协同推进。当下,劳动教育的价值被重新审视和准确定量,成为高等教育过程中的重要组成部分。本文通过分析我国高校劳动教育现状,归纳出高校实施劳动教育的必然之道:夯实学生理想信念,涵泳奋斗精神,追寻幸福观和中国梦。新时代高校唯有积极探索以劳育价值导向、劳育目标实效、劳育内容创新和劳育本质跟进为主要维度的实践路径,方能形成以劳为基、五育并举的新时代劳动教育育人体系,从而促进大学生的全面发展。

The key to the full implementation of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities is the all-around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labour education.At present,the value of labor education has been re-examined and accurately quantified,which has become an important part of the process of higher education.Based on the analysis of the current situation of labor education in Chinese colleges and universities,it is to sum up the inevitable path to implement labor education in colleges and universities:consolidating students'ideal and belief,immersing the spirit of struggle,and pursuing happiness and the Chinese dream.In the new era,only by actively exploring the practical path with the value orientation,the goal effectiveness,the content innovation and the essential follow-up of labor education,can colleges and universities form a labor education system on the bases of labor and simultaneous development of five educations,so as to promote the all-round development of college students.
