大学生思政教育视角下高校专业教师与辅导员协同育人工作研究

Research on the Collaborative Education between Professional Teachers and Counselors in Colleges from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education for College Students

面向大学生群体的思政教育工作开展需要充分考虑到大学生群体的成长发展阶段,并且意识到思政教育工作开展的广泛性和持续性的重要意义,充分利用多方面资源开展教育教学工作。本文针对大学生思政教育中高校辅导员与专业教师协同育人的问题进行研究,意在明确协同育人的基本要求,并且找到现阶段思政专业教师与辅导员基于思政教育开展过程中的问题,从而为提升协同育人工作模式的质量提供帮助。研究分析可知,协同育人的背景下,高校思政专业教师与辅导员存在自主协作意识不强、协同育人模式下教师之间缺乏沟通、协同育人的保障机制缺乏完善性,需要通过转变思想意识、加强交流合作、提高保障力度三个方面为取得更好地协同育人效果提供支持。

The development of ideological and political education for college students needs to fully consider the growth and development stage of college students,and realize the importance of the universality and sustainability of ideological and political education,making the most of multi-resources to carry out education and teaching work.It is to study the collaborative education between college counselors and professional teachers in ideological and political education for college students,aiming to clarify the basic requirements of collaborative education,and find out the problems in the process of ideological and political education between teachers and counselors at the present stage,so as to provide help for improving the quality of collaborative education work mode.Studies reveal that under the background of cooperative education,professional teachers and college counselors have weak awareness of independent collaboration,a lack of communication and lack perfection of the guarantee mechanism of collaborative education.It is necessary to change the ideology,strengthen the exchange and cooperation,and improve the guarantee strength,so as to provide support for better collaborative education effect.
