摘要
探寻了一种适用于大转矩万向联轴器叉头和十字轴的结构强度仿真分析方法,总结了对叉头和十字轴强度仿真结果的影响因素。研究表明:采用装配组件方法求解精度较高,但计算成本也相对较高;采用独立零件方法求解效率较高,最大应力位置基本一致,但求解精度较低,仅用于初步分析。研制了大转矩万向联轴器叉头关节组件并开展了静扭试验,验证了叉头和十字轴强度仿真方法的准确性,为大转矩万向联轴器叉头和十字轴的设计和优化提供了参考。
A structural strength simulation analysis method suitable for the fork head and cross shaft of the high torque universal joint is explored,and the factors that influence the simulation results of the fork head and cross shaft strength are summarized.The research shows that the assembly component method is more accurate,but the calculation cost is relatively high;the independent part method is more efficient,and the maximum stress position is basically the same,but the solution accuracy is low,which can be used for preliminary analysis.The fork head joint assembly of the high torque universal joint was developed and the static torsion test was carried out,which verified the accuracy of the strength simulation method of the fork head and the cross shaft in this paper,and provided a reference for the design and optimization of the fork head and cross shaft of the large torque universal coupling.
