为了提高高校图书馆参与社区建设的热情,挖掘资源潜能和管理优化,实现高校图书馆教育职能和社会服务职能。该文基于资源共享理念,解析了阻碍高校图书馆参与社区文化治理障碍,分析了高校利用图书馆馆员引导社区读者阅读力、构建异构资源共享的优势,试图探索校地联合书库资源共享模式及策略,以及市场供给、政府购买、志愿参与等因素下高校图书馆参与社区阅读的模式与制度优化。

In order to improve the enthusiasm of university library to participate in community construction,tap the potential of resources and optimize management,and realize the educational function and social service function of university library.Based on the concept of resource sharing,this paper analyzes the obstacles that hinder university libraries from participating in community cultural governance,analyzes the advantages of using librarians to guide community readers’ reading ability and construct heterogeneous resource sharing,and attempts to explore the resource sharing mode and strategy of school local joint library,as well as market supply,government purchase,and the sharing of resources The mode and system optimization of University Library’s participation in community reading under the factors of voluntary participation.
