从钛合金的大规模应用前景和钛合金焊接性的角度阐述了评价钛合金焊接冷裂纹问题的重要性。概述了常用的焊接冷裂倾向评价方法与钛合金冷裂倾向评价的研究现状,讨论了现有的钛合金冷裂倾向评价结果的实用性,提出了一条适合钛合金的冷裂倾向评价的研究思路.

Based on the large-scale application prospect and the weldability of titanium alloys,the importance of welding cold cracks of titanium alloys is proposed.The common methods of cold crack sensitivity evaluation of welded joints and the research progress of cold crack sensitivity of titanium alloys are stated,the usefulness of current achievement discussed,and a suitable research direction of evaluation for titanium alloys proposed.
