中国共产党接受马克思列宁主义,是因为民族解放和国家复兴需要寻求制度变革的真理和出路。向中国社会经济体中注入了集体主义的组织因素和思想力量,引领中国经济走上极具中国特色的制度演进道路,而且开启了全社会的文化再造时代。"实事求是"和"集体主义"这两个基因密码,贯穿于中国共产党100年奋斗的全部历史过程,形成了中国市场经济制度逻辑的基本底色。在中国政治经济的制度安排上,从不动摇地坚持中国共产党的领导,以此体现社会主义市场经济制度逻辑中的集体主义意志。中国共产党关于市场经济制度逻辑的百年探索,在多样性的人类文明世界中,努力创造适合中国国情的经济制度和国家治理体系。中国崛起极大地改变了世界经济格局,由霸权国家提供制度公共品的世界格局,将必然转变为由主要责任大国协商合作来提供制度公共品。世界真的很需要中国特色社会主义市场经济这个重要的国际角色和合作伙伴,发挥其建设性作用。中国当前的经济体制远非完美。中国共产党还需要在市场经济制度逻辑探索中再接再厉,做好继续进取的思想准备和行动方案。

While pursuing the truth and path of institutional reform for national liberation and China’ s rejuvenation,the Communist Party of China(CPC) follows Marxism-Leninism,which has injected the organizational factor and thought power of collectivism into China ’ s social economy,led China’ s economy into the road of institutional evolution with Chinese characteristics,and initiated the age of cultural reconstruction in the entire society. "Seeking truth from facts" and "collectivism",as two genetic codes,have been running through the historic process of the CPC’s centennial struggle,and forming the grounding for the institutional logic of China’s market economy.Hence,China’s institutional arrangements for politics and economy has unswervingly sticked to the CPC’s leadership,embodying the collectivistic will in the institutional logic of socialist market economy.During the century of exploration into this institutional logic of market economy,the CPC has strived for building the economic and governance systems suited to China’s specific conditions in the diversified mankind civilizations.China’s rise has tremendously changed the economic pattern of the world,and the global pattern of institutional public goods supplied by hegemonic powers will inevitably transformed into those public goods offered by the consultative collaboration of responsible powers.At present,the world is desperate for the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics to play its international,collaborative and constructive roles.The current market economic system in China far from perfect,the CPC must make persistent efforts and keep on working with mental preparation and action plan in the exploration into the institutional logic of market economy.
