特色保护型村庄的多村联编规划编制探索--以南靖县云水谣片区为例

Exploration on the compilation of multi-village joint planning for characteristic protected villages--Taking the Yunshuiyao area in Nanjing County as an example

福建省历史文化名村及传统村落数量位居全国前列,其中不乏集中连片分布的村庄。以南靖县云水谣片区(坎下村、官洋村、璞山村)村庄规划的实践为例,打破3个村庄行政边界壁垒,连片编制村庄规划。通过分析云水谣片区现状及现实困境,建立连片统筹编制村庄规划的技术路线,积极探索符合特色保护型及多村联编的村庄规划思路,为同类型村庄提供借鉴经验。

The number of historical and cultural villages and traditional villages in Fujian Province ranks in the forefront of the country,and many of them are concentrated and contiguous.This article takes the practice of village planning in the Yunshuiyao area(Kanxia Village,Guanyang Village,and Pushan Village)of Nanjing County as an example to break the administrative boundary barriers of the three villages and prepare village plans in series.By summarizing the status quo and practical difficulties of the Yunshuiyao area,establishing a technical route for contiguously planning village planning,actively exploring village planning ideas that are in line with characteristic protection and multi-village linkage,and providing reference experience for similar villages.
