海上丝绸之路背景下的特色小镇创建探析--以厦门渔港小镇为例

Analysis on the Characteristic Town construction under the Background of Maritime Silk Road--A case study of Xiamen Fishing Port Town

随着国家对发展“海上丝绸之路”探索的深入,海洋产业的建设成为国家发展的重点。特色小镇“产、城、人、文”四位一体的发展理念,即在做好产业的同时,充分挖掘和利用周边的人文、生态景观等资源要素,形成共建、共赢的利益共同体。结合厦门渔港小镇的创建,探析海洋型产业特色小镇创建所需条件,主要从“区位条件、产业条件、人文条件、生态条件”四个方面进行综合评判,并从规划实践中探索上述条件中的“产业、人文、生态”三者的融合方式,以期为沿海各地选取和创建类似小镇提供借鉴。

Along with the continuous exploration of“Maritime Silk Road”,the construction of the marine industry has become the focus of national development.And the concept of“production、town、people and culture develop together”which proposed by Characteristic town,means to develop the industry while fully excavating and utilizing the resources elements such as the humanities、ecology and the landscape in the surrounding area to form a community of Shared interests.Combining with the creation of xiamen Fishing harbor town,and try to analyse the required conditions for the establishment of Marine industrial characteristic town.It mainly conducts comprehensive evaluation from the four aspects of"location conditions,industrial conditions,humanities conditions,and ecological conditions".Through planning practice,we explore the integration of"industry,humanities,and ecology",in order to provide reference for the selections and establishment of similar towns in other coastal areas.
