随着经济社会的快速发展,居民对住区的质量要求逐渐提高,地产公司亦追求住宅项目的货值最大化,居民对住区环境的要求与地产公司追求货值之间存在着矛盾。为了解决此项矛盾,提出货值与小区规划设计方案优化的方案,进一步从人居环境角度提出图纸设计优化与货值最大化,解决居民住区环境要求和地产公司之间的矛盾。

With the rapid development of economy and society,residents'requirements for the quality of residential areas are gradually improved,and real estate companies also pursue the maximization of the value of residential projects.There is a contradiction between residents'requirements for the environment of residential areas and real estate companies'pursuit of value.In order to solve this contradiction,this paper puts forward the scheme of optimization of goods value and community planning and design scheme,and further puts forward the optimization of drawing design and maximization of goods value from the perspective of living environment,so as to solve the contradiction between the environmental requirements of residential areas and real estate companies.
