摘要 在分析工程项目施工难点的基础上设计盘扣架搭设方案,通过对盘扣架体系的力学性能计算,得到架体体系的承载力和稳定性符合要求,并对盘扣架布设和检查验收进行分析。对结构拉结、斜坡支模架搭设和斜交梁支模架搭设等特殊节点的做法进行探讨,梳理盘扣架搭设过程的质量控制要点。 Based on the analysis of the construction difficulties of the project,this paper puts forward the erection scheme of disk lock steel tubular scaffold.Through the calculation of the mechanical properties of the turnbuckle frame system,it is obtained that the bearing capacity and stability of the frame system meet the project’s requirements,the layout and inspection acceptance of disk lock steel tubular scaffold are mainly analyzed.This paper also discusses the methods of special joints such as structural tie,slope formwork support and skew beamformwork support in detail,the key points of quality control in the process of setting up the turn buckle frame are summarized.
