摘要
通过粘附性试验比较钢渣与石灰岩类集料裹覆性能,电镜扫描(SEM)比较钢渣微粉与石灰石填料微观形貌区别,动态剪切流变试验研究不同粉胶比及钢渣微粉以不同比例替代矿粉时,沥青胶浆的高温流变性能。试验表明,钢渣与沥青粘附性好于石灰石;钢渣微粉比矿粉表面微构造的纹理丰富;无论填料中钢渣微粉比例如何,沥青胶浆的复数模量和车辙因子均随着温度升高而减小,相位角则随之增大;随着粉胶比增加,沥青胶浆的复数模量和车辙因子都增大;填料类型和粉胶比大小对相位角基本无影响。同一温度下,钢渣微粉替代矿粉的质量比例越低,车辙因子与复数模量越大。
The coating properties of steel slag and limestone aggregate were compared by adhesion test,the micro morphology differences between steel slag powder and limestone filler were compared by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the high temperature rheological properties of asphalt mortar with different powder binder ratio and steel slag powder in different proportion were studied by dynamic shear rheological test.The test results show that the adhesion between steel slag and asphalt is better than that of limestone;the microstructure texture of steel slag powder is richer than that of mineral powder;the rheological test shows that the complex modulus and rutting factor of asphalt mortar decrease with the increase of temperature regardless of the proportion of steel slag powder in filler,while the phase angle increases;the complex modulus and rutting factor of asphalt mortar increase with the increase of powder binder ratio The results show that the rutting factor increases;the type of filler and the ratio of powder to binder have no effect on the phase angle。At the same temperature,the lower the mass ratio of steel slag powder instead of ore powder,the greater the rutting factor and complex modulus.
