肠内加肠外营养支持在重症脑卒中患者中的应用观察

Application of Parenteral Nutrition Support in Patients with Severe Stroke

目的分析肠内+肠外营养支持在重症脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2018年5月至2019年12月我院收治的87例重症脑卒中患者,均予以积极对症治疗,在此基础上给予全肠外营养支持治疗的42例为M组,予以肠内+肠外营养支持治疗的45例为N组,比较两组住院1、7、14日两组血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)水平,并发症发生率。结果住院14日N组血清PA、ALB、TP水平高于M组(P<0.05);N组并发症发生率20.00%低于M组40.48%(P<0.05)。结论肠内+肠外营养支持应用于重症脑卒中患者,能改善患者营养状态,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effect of parenteral nutrition support in severe stroke.Methods 87 patients with severe stroke treated in December 2019 in May 2018 were treated positively,42 were treated in group M,45 parenteral+were group N,compared two groups of preserum albumin(PA),albumin(ALB),total pro-tein(TP),and incidence of complications.Results Serum PA,ALB,TP levels in 14d N were higher than M(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was 20.00%lower than 40.48%in M(P<0.05).Conclusion Paren-teral nutrition support in patients with severe stroke can improve their nutritional status and reduce the risk of com-plications.
