直肠息肉内镜切除术后迟发性出血的影响因素

Influencing factors of delayed hemorrhage in patients with rectal polyps after endoscopic resection

目的分析直肠息肉内镜切除术后迟发性出血的影响因素。方法采用回顾性分析,收集我院2020年1月至2021年1月接收的直肠息肉内镜切除术后迟发性出血患者35例临床资料,纳入发生组;另收集同期35例直肠息肉患者内镜切除术后未发生迟发性出血患者临床资料,纳入未发生组。经Logistic回归分析找出可能导致直肠息肉患者内镜切除术后迟发性出血的影响因素。结果发生组术中出血、高血压、既往消化道出血史、肠道炎症与未发生组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组其他基线资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,术中出血、高血压、既往消化道出血史、肠道炎症可能是直肠息肉患者内镜切除术后发生迟发性出血的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论直肠息肉患者内镜切除术后迟发性出血可能与术中出血、高血压、既往消化道出血史、肠道炎症等因素有关。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of delayed hemorrhage in patients with rectal polyps after endoscopic resection.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted,the clinical data of 35 patients with rectal polyps who had delayed hemorrhage after endoscopic resection in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were collected and included in the occurrence group;in addition,the clinical data of 35 patients with rectal polyps who did not have delayed hemorrhage after endoscopic resection during the same period were collected and included into the non-occurrence group.The influencing factors of delayed hemorrhage after endoscopic resection in patients with rectal polyps were found out by Logistic regression analysis.Results Compared intraoperative bleeding,hypertension,previous gastrointestinal bleeding history and intestinal inflammation in the occurrence group with the non-occurrence group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical significant difference in comparing other baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).Through Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that intraoperative bleeding,hypertension,previous history of gastrointestinal bleeding and intestinal inflammation might be the influencing factors of delayed hemorrhage after endoscopic resection in patients with rectal polyps(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion Delayed hemorrhage after endoscopic resection in patients with rectal polyps may be related to intraoperative bleeding,hypertension,previous history of gastrointestinal bleeding,intestinal inflammation and other factors.
