护理专业实习生在思政育人临床实践教学中的体验 被引量:6

A qualitative study on the experience of participating in the Ideological and Political Theory Education in clinical practice among nursing students

摘要 目的了解护理专业实习生参与思政育人临床实践教学的内心体验。方法采用目的抽样,对参与思政育人临床实践教学的15名实习生进行深度访谈,采用Colaizzi现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果累计进行15次访谈,共计425 min,访谈资料63526字。共提炼3个主题:正确价值观的树立、理想信念的坚定、医德医风的陶冶。结论护理专业实习生参与思政育人临床实践教学具有良好的体验,同时,思政育人方式及与专业课的深度融合仍需进一步探索,以形成更为成熟的思政育人护理临床实践教学方案。 Objective To understand the experience of participating in Ideological and Political Theory Education in clinical practice among nursing students.Methods Purposive sampling was used to recruit 15 nursing students who participated in the Ideological and Political Theory Education in clinical practice.In-depth interviews were conducted among these students.Colaizzi phenomenology was used for data analysis.Results Fifteen interviews were conducted with 425 min and 63,526 words.Three themes emerged from the data including establishment of correct values,firmness of ideals and beliefs,and cultivation of medical ethics.Conclusion Nursing students have good experiences in participating in the Ideological and Political Theory Education in clinical practice.Besides,ways and means of deep integration of professional education and Ideological and Political Theory Education should be explored further in order to form a mature and effective Ideological and Political Theory Education programs in clinical practice.
