用STM32单片机制作简易可编程控制器

Making a Simple Programmable Controller with STM32 Microcontroller

在分析现有三种可编程控制器设计方案的基础上,提出将三菱PLC上位机编程软件GXWORK2和STM32单片机相结合的设计方案。通过对三菱FX2N系列PLC硬件电路、通信协议及运行原理进行分析,设计并制作了硬件电路,编写了通信程序和控制程序,实现了使用三菱PLC上位机编程软件GXWORK2下载梯形图程序和对硬件电路控制的功能。目前,该简易可编程控制器已完成试制并成功用于山西某公司的垂直循环车库的控制。

Based on the analysis of the existing three kinds of programmable controller design scheme,this paper puts forward a design scheme by combining programming software GXWORK2 in PLC of Mitsubishi and STM32 single chip microcomputer.By analyzing the hardware circuit,communication protocol and operation principle of PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N series,the hardware circuit is designed and made,the communication program and the control program are written,and the functions of downloading ladder diagram program and controlling the hardware circuit are realized by using the programming software GXWORK2 of PLC of Mitsubishi.At present,the trial production of the simple programmable controller has been completed and successfully used in the control of vertical circulation garage in a company of Shanxi province.
