摘要
结合某高校某工程类实验室设备工器具采购项目案例,剖析了工程建设项目中的设备工器具投资部分采用设备采购方式招标、设备采购方式签订合同进行管理的弊端,提出设备工器具投资部分应该按设计、采购、安装一体化即EPC总承包模式管理更为科学合理。
Combined with a case of a certain engineering laboratory equipment procurement project in a university,this paper analyzes the disadvantages of using equipment procurement methods to bid and equipment procurement methods to sign contracts for management in equipment investment of the engineering construction project.The paper puts forward that equipment investment should be managed based on an integration of design,procurement and installation,which is called EPC general contracting model.In this way,the management will be more scientific and reasonable.
