创业型大学视角下的韩国高校创业教育体系研究——基于韩国科学技术大学的案例

摘要 近年来,新兴创业型大学在国际高等教育舞台上有着非常突出的表现,陆续步入世界顶尖高水平大学行列,其发展路径和体系建设可以为我国高等教育改革特别是创业教育的转型升级提供借鉴。从创业型大学的视角出发,对韩国科学技术大学进行案例研究,一方面彰显创业型大学创业教育体系的亚洲范本:韩国科学技术大学巧妙借助地方产业集群、研发机构林立等区位特点构建起优良的创业教育生态系统;另一方面也印证了创业型大学须要打破政府、产业、高校三者的边界,充分利用三方的资源优势来构建产教融合型创业教育体系,不断促进创业型大学的发展。 In recent years,emerging entrepreneurial universities have been playing a very prominent role in the international higher education arena,gradually stepping into the ranks of the world’s top high-level universities.Their development path and system construction can provide reference for China’s higher education reform,especially the transformation and upgrading of entrepreneurship education.From the perspective of entrepreneurial university,this paper,through the case study of Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology(KAIST),reveals the model entrepreneurship education system of entrepreneurial universities in Asia.KAIST takes full advantage of local industry cluster and geographical features such as agglomerating research and development institutions to build an excellent entrepreneurial education ecological system.Meanwhile,this paper also proves that entrepreneurial universities need to break the boundary among government,industry and universities,make full use of the resource advantages of the three parties to build an entrepreneurship education system integrating industry and education,and constantly promote the development of entrepreneurial universities.
