探讨腹部侵袭性纤维瘤病的CT与MRI诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of CT and MRI in Abdominal Aggressive Fibromatosis

目的:探讨CT与MRI在腹部侵袭性纤维瘤病(AF)中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性选取2017年3月~2021年3月于本院就诊治疗的腹部AF患者45例,所有患者均取得病理结果,且行腹部CT和磁共振成像(MRI)检查,收集整理患者临床和影像学资料,分析腹部CT和MRI检查对于AF的诊断价值。结果:病理结果显示45例AF患者中,29例为腹壁型,8例为腹腔型,8例为腹膜后型。腹部AF患者的CT多表现为等或低密度肿块,且多为浸润性生长,边界不清,可见尖角和晕日等征象,大部分AF患者在增强扫描时呈不均匀渐进性强化。AF患者的MRI多表现为肿块大部分信号均匀,其中T;WI呈等或高信号,T;WI呈等或低信号,DWI呈高信号,多为浸润性生长,边界不清,可见尖角和晕日等征象,MRI强化过程与CT类似。结论:腹部AF的CT和MRI检查均具有一定的特殊影像学特征,对于AF诊治具有较高参考价值。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in abdominal aggressive fibromatosis(AF).Methods:This study retrospectively reviewed 45 patients with abdominal AF treated in the hospital between March 2017 and March 2021.All patients obtained pathological results,and underwent abdominal CT and MRI examinations.The clinical and imaging data of the patients were collected.The diagnostic value of abdominal CT and MRI for AF was analyzed.Results:The pathological results showed that of the 45 patients with AF,29 were abdominal wall type,8 were abdominal cavity type,and 8 were retroperitoneal type.CT of patients with abdominal AF showed equal or low-density masses most of which were invasive,with unclear boundaries and signs like sharp corners and halo.Enhanced scan of most patients with AF showed uneven and progressive enhancement.MRI of patients with AF showed uniform signals in most masses,including equal or high signals on T;WI,equal or low signals on T;WI,and high signals on DWI.Most of the masses were invasive,with unclear boundaries and signs like sharp corners and halo.MRI enhancement was similar to CT.Conclusion:Both CT and MRI findings of abdominal AF are characteristic,which provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of AF.
