冠状动脉CTA在评估心肌桥与冠状动脉粥样硬化方面的相关性分析

摘要 目的:利用冠状动脉CTA评估心肌桥(MB)与冠状动脉粥样硬化(AS)之间的相关性。方法:收集我院2019年1月至2019年12月经冠状动脉CTA成像确诊的MB患者121例,依据是否伴有冠状动脉AS分为MB合并冠脉AS组和单纯MB组,评估冠脉AS与MB类型、收缩期及舒张期狭窄度之间的相关性。结果:MB合并冠脉AS组中纵深型壁冠状动脉(MCA)占43.53%,高于单纯MB组,合并冠脉AS的MCA收缩期及舒张期狭窄度为50.16±9.72%、30.65±11.18%,亦明显高于单纯MB组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MB类型、MCA收缩期及舒张期狭窄度与MB合并冠脉AS密切相关。 Objective:To evaluate the correlation between myocardial bridge(MB)and coronary atherosclerosis(as)by CTA.Methods:121 patients with MB diagnosed by CTA from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of as.The correlation between as and MB type,systolic and diastolic stenosis was evaluated.Results:43.53%of the patients in the group of MB combined with as had deep wall coronary artery(MCA),which was higher than that in the group of MB alone.The stenosis degree in systolic and diastolic phase of MCA in the group of MB combined with as was 50.16±9.72%,30.65±11.18%,which was also significantly higher than that in the group of MB alone(P<0.05).Conclusion:MB type,MCA systolic and diastolic stenosis are closely related to MB with as.
