核受体结合SET结构域蛋白2和狐猴酪氨酸激酶-3在前列腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of nuclear receptor binding SET domain-protein 2 and lemur tyrosine kinase-3 in prostate carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨核受体结合SET结构域蛋白2(NSD2)和狐猴酪氨酸激酶-3(LMTK3)在前列腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法收集2014年5月至2020年12月大庆油田总医院病理学检查确诊的26例良性前列腺增生组织标本和80例前列腺癌组织标本,使用免疫组织化学法检测组织中NSD2蛋白和LMTK3蛋白的表达水平,选用χ^(2)检验进行统计学分析。结果前列腺癌组织中NSD2蛋白阳性表达率为72.50%(58/80),明显高于前列腺增生组织[19.23%(5/26)],两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=23.095,P<0.01);前列腺癌组织中LMTK3阳性表达率为32.50%(26/80),明显低于前列腺增生组织[61.54%(16/26)],两者差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.917,P<0.01)。NSD2表达水平与前列腺癌组织学分级、精囊腺侵犯、临床分期明显相关(χ^(2)=6.304、4.287、5.205,P<0.05)。LMTK3表达水平与前列腺癌精囊腺侵犯、临床分期明显相关(χ^(2)=4.828、4.941,P<0.05)。结论NSD2高表达和LMTK3低表达在前列腺癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,检测NSD2和LMTK3有助于判断前列腺癌侵袭转移能力。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Nuclear receptor binding SET domain-protein 2(NSD2),Lemur tyrosine kinase-3(LMTK3)in Prostate carcinoma tissues.Methods The expression levels of NSD2 protein and LMTK3 protein in 26 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues and 80 cases of Prostate carcinoma tissues of the patients pathologically confirmed from may 2014 to december 2020 on Daqiang Oilfields General Hospital were collected,the expression of NSD2 protein and LMTK3 protein in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues and Prostate carcinoma tissues were detected by using immunohistochemical method,Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of NSD2 protein expression in prostate carcinoma tissues 72.50%(58/80)was significantly higher than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues 19.23%(5/26),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=23.095,P<0.01).The positive rate of LMTK3 protein expression in Prostate carcinoma tissues 32.50%(26/80)was significantly lower than that in benign prostatic hyperplasia tissues 61.54%(16/26),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.917,P<0.01).the expressions of NSD2 were related Prostate carcinoma to histology grade,seminal vesicle invasion and TNM stage(tumor node metastasis stage)(Respectively,χ^(2)=6.304,4.287,5.205,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.the expressions of LMTK3 were related Prostate carcinoma to seminal vesicle invasion and Clinical stage(Respectively,χ^(2)=4.828,4.941,P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of NSD2 and low expression of LMTK3 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of prostate cancer,Detection of NSD2 and LMTK3 can be used as a reference index to judge the invasion and metastasis ability of prostate cancer.
