摘要
通过过氧化氢快速滴定方法和桉木化机浆过氧化氢漂白实验,探讨HEDP、ATMP、EDTMP、DTPMP、TETHMP、TETHMP、BNHMTPMP、PAPEMP及PBTC 8种有机磷稳定剂对过氧化氢稳定效果的影响,研究桉木化机浆过渡金属离子的来源以及木材特征。实验结果表明:在Fe;和Mn;存在的碱性溶液中,ATMP、EDTMP、DTPMP能很好地抑制过氧化氢的分解。在桉木化机浆漂白过程中加入DTPMP稳定剂效果最好,其稳定效果与传统的硅酸钠稳定剂相当。
Hydrogen peroxide quick titration method and hydrogen peroxide bleaching test for TMP pulp of eucalyptus were carried out to validate stabilization effects on hydrogen peroxide of eight organic phosphonic acids, i.e. HEDP, ATMP, EDTMP,DTPMP, TETHMP, TETHMP, BNHMTPMP, PAPEMP and PBTC. The sources of metal ions and the wood chip were studied.ATMP, EDTMP and DTPMP could inhibit the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the alkaline solution with the existence of Fe;and Mn;transition metal ions. The results of peroxide bleaching eucalyptus chemi-mechanical pulp show that DTPMP has the best bleaching effect, which is comparable to sodium silicate.
