《中国围透析期慢性肾脏病管理规范》解读

Interpretation of Chinese clinical practice guideline for the management of peri-dialysis chronic kidney disease

慢性肾脏病是个重要的公共卫生问题,其管理的重点和难点是透析前期和初始透析患者并发症多、死亡率高、治疗费用贵,亟需重视及加强管理。为此,中国肾脏病专家组结合最新国内外文献、中国肾脏病诊疗现状以及临床实践经验,讨论和制定了《中国围透析期慢性肾脏病管理规范》,并于2021年8月在《中华肾脏病杂志》发表。该管理规范对于提高中国围透析期慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者的管理水平,改善患者的生存率和生存质量、减轻医疗负担具有重要意义。文章旨在对管理规范进行解读,以期为肾脏病同行提供参考和建议。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)has been an important public health issue. The key and difficult point on its management is that patients with pre-dialysis and initial dialysis may suffer from many complications,being with high mortality and high treatment cost. It is urgent to pay attention to and strengthen the management of CKD. Therefore,Chinese expert group on nephrology discussed and formulated Chinese Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of"CKDPeriDialysis"based the latest literatures at home and abrood,the current situation of diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease in China and clinical practice experience. The guideline was published in the Chinese Journal of Nephrology in August 2021. This guideline is of great significance in improving the disease management level of CKD-PeriDialysis,improving the survival and quality of life of patients and reduceing the disease burden. This paper aims to interpret the guideline in order to provide reference and suggestion for the peers in nephrology area.
