基于CiteSpace国内妇产科药师科学研究现状可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Scientific Research by Obstetrics and Gynecology Pharmacists in China Based on CiteSpace

目的分析我国妇产科药师进行药学科学研究的热点和趋势,针对妇产科药学研究发展情况进行可视化分析。方法以CNKI数据库为检索对象,纳入2010~2020年妇产科药师发表的相关文献,使用可视化分析软件CiteSpace对所选文献进行分析,形成可视化科学网络图谱:结果本研究共纳入文献3424篇。结果显示,近十几年来妇产科药师文章发表数量显著增加,高频关键词共有10个聚类且与临床药学发展趋势相一致,25个高频关键词突现代表了妇产科药学领域的研究前沿,并直观显示出在本研究领域发表文章数量前10位作者。结论截至目前,妇产科药师科学研究领域仍多集中于传统的合理用药、处方分析以及药学服务等方面,实验研究性质文章还是相对较少,妇产科药学研究仍有较大的发展空间。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the research hotspot of pharmacists majored in obstetrics and gynecology pharmacy in China and provide visualization analysis on the trend of pharmacological research. METHODS Literature reports related to “research of pharmacists in pharmacy of obstetrics and gynecology”from 2010 to 2020 in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI) were included.Cite Space,one visualization software,was used to analyze the data through a number of co-citation maps. RESULTS A total of 3 424 articles were gathered to determine the distribution of papers on time period. It was shown that there was an obvious increase in the numbers of articles in last 10 years. Ten clusters of high-frequency keywords were found via the visualization map,which was consistent with the development of clinical pharmacy. And 25 strength burst key words highlighted the research frontiers in the field of gynecology and obstetrics pharmacy. In addition,the map listed 10 authors on the top of article publication in this field from 2010 to 2020. CONCLUSION At present,although the obstetrics and gynecology pharmacists have made some progress in research in this field,they still mainly focused on rational use of drugs,analysis of prescriptions and pharmaceutical services. Among the 3 424 articles,there are hardly any experimental studies,suggesting it is necessary to conduct more pharmacy research on obstetrics and gynecology.
