媒介使用偏好、使用时长对居民政治参与影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Media Use Preference and Time Duration on Residents’ Political Participation

现有研究主要关注媒介使用对于居民政治参与的影响。然而,鲜有研究检验媒介使用时长与居民政治参与的关系是否受到媒介使用偏好的调节作用。本研究利用2015年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)的问卷数据,发现媒介使用频率越高,居民的政治参与越强,而且偏好使用新媒介的居民,参与政治投票行为更容易受到媒介使用时长的影响。

Existing studies mainly focus on the influence of media use on residents’ participation in politics.However,few of them have examined whether the relation between media using duration and residents’ political participation is affected by media use preference.Based on the data of CGSS,this article finds that the higher the frequency of media use,the more likely the political participation of residents.Residents who prefer to use new media are more susceptible to media using duration when casting their political votes.
