摘要
我国西北地区出土的简帛医学文献共有14枚与伤寒病相关的简牍,记载了伤寒病信息及治疗方药。治疗伤寒病的简帛医方应用范围广,至今还有较大临床价值。通过与传世医学文献的比较分析,认为《素问》可能是简帛医学文献伤寒病的理论源头,而简帛文献记录的治疗伤寒病的方药应当为《伤寒杂病论》相关方药提供了参考素材和启示。
There are 14 pieces of medical literatures related to typhoid fever excavated in northwest China,which recorded the disease information and therapeutic prescriptions of typhoid fever.The medical prescriptions for typhoid fever are widely used and still have great clinical value.Through comparative analysis with the inheritance medical literature,it is concluded that Suwen may be the theoretical source of typhoid fever in the medical literature on bamboo slips and silk,and the prescriptions for typhoid fever recorded on bamboo slips and silk can provide reference and inspiration for the prescriptions related to Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases.
