物体表面常用消毒剂在低温环境下的消毒效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究物体表面常用消毒剂在4℃低温环境下的消毒效果,为低温条件下消毒提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和物体表面消毒现场试验方法,观察4种常用物体表面消毒剂在4℃下对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的消毒效果。结果在4℃条件下,75%乙醇消毒液作用1.5 min,复合双链季铵盐消毒液、高浓缩一元过氧乙酸消毒液和泡腾消毒片Ⅱ型作用2.5 min,对悬液中4种细菌杀灭对数值均>5.00;75%乙醇消毒液作用3 min,复合双链季铵盐消毒液和高浓缩一元过氧乙酸消毒液作用10 min,泡腾消毒片Ⅱ型作用30 min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。结论4种消毒剂在4℃条件下的消毒效果良好,均适用于低温条件下物体表面消毒。 Objective To study the disinfection effect of common disinfectants on the surface of objects at a low temperature of 4℃to provide a scientific basis for disinfection under low temperature conditions.Methods Using suspension quantitative bactericidal test and field test for disinfection of objects,the disinfection effects of four common disinfectants for surface of objects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans at 4℃were observed.Results Under the condition of 4℃,75%ethanol disinfectant was used for 1.5 min,compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant,highly concentrated monobasic peracetic acid disinfectant and effervescent disinfectant tablet typeⅡwere used for 2.5 min,and the killing logarithmic values of four kinds of bacteria in suspension were all>5.00;75%ethanol disinfectant was used for 3 min,compound double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant and highly concentrated monobasic peracetic acid disinfectant were used for 10 min,effervescent disinfectant tablet typeⅡwas used for 30 min,and the average killing logarithmic values of natural bacteria on the surface of objects were all>1.00.Conclusion The four kinds of disinfectants have good disinfection effects at 4℃,and they are all suitable for disinfecting surface of objects under low temperature conditions.
