摘要
目的观察复方过氧化氢银离子消毒液杀灭微生物的效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和物体表面消毒现场试验方法,观察复方过氧化氢银离子消毒液对细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢的杀灭对数值以及对木质油漆表面现场消毒效果。结果该消毒液原液对悬液内含30 g/L牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌分别作用15 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对悬液内含3 g/L BSA和含30 g/L BSA的白色念珠菌作用45 min,杀灭对数值分别为2.46和1.51;对悬液内含3 g/L BSA和含30 g/L BSA的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用90 min,杀灭对数值分别为2.06和1.57;对悬液内含3 g/L BSA和含30 g/L BSA的脊髓灰质炎病毒作用40 min,杀灭对数值分别为4.50和2.00。该消毒液原液涂擦消毒30 min,对木质油漆表面自然菌的杀灭对数值为2.79。结论复方过氧化氢银离子消毒液可有效杀灭悬液内细菌繁殖体,但不能有效杀灭真菌和细菌芽孢,清洁状态可有效灭活脊髓灰质炎病毒,对物体表面具有良好的消毒效果。
Objective To observe the killing effect of compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide and silver ions on microorganisms.Methods The suspension quantitative germicidal test and field test of object surface disinfection were used to observe the germicidal efficacy of compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide and silver ions on bacterial propagules,fungi and bacterial spores and the field efficacy of wooden paint surface.Results The stock solution of this disinfectant was used to treat Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa with 30 g/L bovine serum albumin(BSA)in suspension for 15 min,and the killing logarithmic values were all>5.00;treating Candida albicans with 3 g/L BSA and 30 g/L BSA in suspension for 45 min,the killing logarithmic values were 2.46 and 1.51,respectively;treating Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores with 3 g/L BSA and 30 g/L BSA in suspension for 90 min,the killing logarithmic values were 2.06 and 1.57,respectively;treating the polioviruses with 3 g/L BSA and 30 g/L BSA in suspension for 40 min,the killing logarithmic values were 4.50 and 2.00,respectively.The stock solution of this disinfectant was used to wipe the surface of wooden paint for 30 min,and the killing logarithmic value of natural bacteria was 2.79.Conclusion The compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide and silver ions can effectively kill the bacterial propagation in suspension,but cannot effectively kill the fungi and bacterial spores.It can effectively inactivate the polioviruses under a clean state and has a good disinfection effect on the object surface.
