3D打印导板下椎弓根边界法置钉固定胸腰椎骨折 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]评价3D导板下椎弓根边界法置钉治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折的疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2019年1月-2019年10月本院采用3D导板引导下椎弓固定单纯椎体骨折无神经损害60例患者的临床资料。其中,30例采用胸腰椎椎弓根边界法置钉(边界组),30例采用传统法置钉(传统组)。比较两组临床与影像资料。[结果]所有患者均顺利完成手术,随访12个月以上。两组术后1周和12个月的VAS与0DI评分差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),但术后12个月边界组的椎体前缘高度压缩比优于传统组(P<0.05)。[结论]3D打印边界法椎弓钉置入可有效保护椎弓根四壁皮质骨,提高了椎弓钉支撑力。 [Objective]To evaluate the clinical outcomes of pedicle screw placed by pedicle boundary method under 3D printed guider for simple thoracolumbar fractures.[Method]A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients who underwent pedicle screw fixation under 3D printed guider for simple thoracolumbar fractures in our department from January 2019 to October 2019.Among them,30 patients had pedicle screw placed by the pedicle boundeiry method(the boundary group),while the remaining 30 patients were by using the conventional technique(the conventional group).The clinical and imaging data were compared between the two groups.[Results]All the patients in both groups had operations completed successfully,and followed up for more than 12 months.There was no significant difference in VAS and ODI between the two groups at 1 week and 12 months postoperatively(P>0.05),but the boundary group proved significantly superior to the conventional group in term of the anterior vertebral body height compression ratio at 12 months after the operation(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The pedicle screw placed by pedicle boundary method under 3D printed guider protects the cortical bone of pedicle four walls effectively,and enhances the strength of fixation by the screw.
