我国天然气行业贸易逆差缓解路径研究

经济发展促进人民生活水平不断提高,也同时加大社会对天然气的需求。在国内"供给侧改革"大背景下,天然气行业发展非常迅速,勘探开采技术不断成熟,但产量的增加满足不了日益增长的社会需求,我国于2018年首次超过日本成为全球天然气最大进口国,天然气行业贸易逆差进一步扩大。通过对我国天然气行业贸易逆差的现状、成因分析,我国应大力促进天然气勘探开采技术提升,进一步放宽天然气市场管制,发挥市场在经济中决定性作用,强化自贸区经济协同发展,推动天然气进口贸易地理方向多元化,缩小天然气行业贸易逆差规模,保障我国能源安全。

Economic development promotes the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, and at the same time increases society’s demand for natural gas. In the context of domestic "supply-side reform", the natural gas industry is developing very rapidly, and exploration and mining technologies continue to mature. However,the increase in output cannot meet the growing social demand. In 2018, my country surpassed Japan for the first time to become the world’s largest natural gas importer, and the natural gas industry trade deficit has further expanded. Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of the trade deficit in my country’s natural gas industry, it is believed that my country should vigorously promote the improvement of natural gas exploration and mining technology, further relax the natural gas market control, give play to the decisive role of the market in the economy, and strengthen the coordinated development of the free trade zone economy to promote natural gas import trade geography Diversified directions. Through the above measures, the scale of the trade deficit in the natural gas industry will be reduced and my country’s energy security will be guaranteed.
