当前国际经贸环境发展显著变化,通过分析2020年中美第一阶段经贸协议的原则与内涵,并在金融服务方面与最新的国际经贸规则进行梳理对比,可以得出,2020年中美第一阶段经贸协议具有平等互利更明确、关键行业更突出的特点,但在消除跨境信息壁垒、高管任职许可等方面仍有发展空间。为推动我国实现更高水平对外开放,需进一步完善中国金融基础设施建设,持续推动中国金融市场化改革,着力建设全球性金融中心,积极参与国际经济合作,以及高度重视金融开放对国内金融体系的冲击。

The current international economic and trade environment has undergone significant changes, and China-US trade friction have gradually escalated, showing the characteristics of more prominent industries, more stringent measures, and broader radiation. In this context, by analyzing the first phase of the China-US economic and trade agreement in 2020,combing and comparing it with the latest international economic and trade rules in terms of financial services, it can be concluded that the first phase of the China-US economic and trade agreement in 2020 is clearer in equality and mutual benefit, is more prominent in key industries, but there is still room for development in eliminating cross-border information barriers and executive employment permits. In order to promote China’s opening to the outside world at a higher level, it is important to improving China’s financial infrastructure, continue to promote China’s financial market-oriented reform, and strive to build a global financial center, actively participate in international economic cooperation, and attach great importance to the impact of financial opening on the domestic financial system.
