乡村振兴战略视角下中部地区信息化与农业现代化关系探讨

Discussion on the Relationship between Informatization and Agricultural Modernization in Central China from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

加快推进信息化和农业现代化可为实施乡村振兴战略提供重要支撑。基于乡村振兴战略视角分别构建信息化和农业现代化建设水平综合评价指标体系基础上,运用因子分析法对中部地区各省份2010-2019年信息化、农业现代化建设水平进行综合测度,其次利用格兰杰因果关系检验法和面板数据模型分析信息化与农业现代化之间的因果关系及影响效应;再次利用耦合协调度模型分析各省份信息化与农业现代化的协调发展程度;基于实证分析结论提出相关政策建议。

Accelerating the promotion of informatization and agricultural modernization can provide important support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the construction of a comprehensive evaluation index system for the level of informatization and agricultural modernization from the perspective of the rural revitalization strategy,the article first uses Factor Analysis to comprehensively measure the level of informatization and agricultural modernization in the provinces of the central region from 2010 to 2019.Secondly,Granger Causal Relation Test and Panel Data Model are used to analyze the causal relationship and influence effects between informatization and agricultural modernization.Thirdly,the article uses the Coupling Coordination Degree Model to analyze the degree of coordinated development of informatization and agricultural modernization in various provinces.Finally,put forward relevant policy recommendations based on the conclusions of empirical analysis.
