构建“以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”是党中央在国内、国际环境发生显著变化的背景下,促经济可持续高质量发展的重要战略举措,对各省市的经济发展战略调整起到了重要的指导作用。在解读国内国际“双循环”新发展格局内涵的基础上,从供给侧角度探讨了东营市构建新发展格局的有效路径。

Constructing a "dual circulation" new development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement is an important strategic initiatives of the Party Central Committee to solve the puzzle of sustainable and high-quality economic development under the background of significant changes in the domestic and international environments.The "dual circulation" has played an important role in the adjustment of the economic development strategy of various provinces and cities. On the basis of interpreting the connotation of the new domestic and international "dual circulation" development pattern, this paper discusses the effective path to construct a new development pattern in Dongying City from the perspective of the supply-side.
