Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents of Management Specialty from the Perspective of SECI

当前国家和企业竞争最终归结于创新型人才以及创新能力的竞争,创新型人才培养质量是决定创新发展进度与创新发展质量的关键。在知识转化和创造的SECI模型视域下,分析管理类专业创新型人才培养过程中存在的问题,基于SECI模型的知识转化和场的思想提出管理类专业创新型人才培养路径,以及培养过程中应注意的问题,提升管理类专业创新型人才培养质量。

At present,the competition between the state and enterprises is ultimately attributed to the competition of innovative talents and innovative ability.The quality of innovative talents training is the key to determine the progress and quality of innovative development.From the perspective of SECI model of knowledge transformation and creation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating innovative talents of management specialty,and based on the idea of SECI model of knowledge transformation and field,puts forward the cultivation path of innovative talents of management specialty,as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of cultivation,so as to improve the quality of cultivation of innovative talents of management specialty.
