基于OBE理念的经管类专业实践教学研究--以跨专业综合实习为例

Study on Practice Teaching of Economics and Management Based on Outcome Based Education--Case Study of Cross-disciplinary Comprehensive Internship Practice

跨专业综合实习是应用型本科高校经管类专业实践教学改革的重要举措之一,对于培养具有创新精神、实践能力强的应用型经管类专门人才具有重要意义。结合青岛农业大学的教学实践,将OBE理念应用于经管类专业跨专业综合实习,从社会用人需求出发,构建基于OBE理念的跨专业综合实习教学体系,形成"实习目标-教学设计-资源配置-课程评价-实习目标"的课程设计闭环,并通过多轮本科实践教学和大学生创新创业竞赛不断优化改进,取得了良好的教学效果和竞赛成绩,为应用型本科高校经管类专业人才培养和实践教学改革提供了新的思路和可借鉴的经验。

The cross-disciplinary comprehensive internship is an important measure for the reform of practical teaching of economics and management majors in applied undergraduate colleges, which plays an important role for cultivating talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Qingdao Agricultural University applies the OBE concept to the teaching practice of cross-disciplinary comprehensive internship in economics and management.Starting from the needs of the society, we build a teaching system of cross-disciplinary comprehensive internship based on the OBE concept and form a closed loop of course design. Then we optimize and improve it continuously through multiple rounds of undergraduate practical teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.Finally, we achieve good teaching effects and competition results. The study provides a new idea and experience for the talents cultivation and practical teaching reform of economics and management.
