提高校外实践教学基地成效探索--以嘉兴职业技术学院国际贸易专业群为例

A Study on Improving the Effectiveness of off^Campus Practice Teaching Bases--Taking International Trade as an Example

针对一些校外实践教学基地建设存在泛化引企入校、运行效率低、实习成效低、重形式轻内容、学校热企业冷、基地层次低等影响校企合作成效的问题,提出校外实践教学基地分类、分层、分任务建设及构建校企利益共同体等提高校外实践教学基地成效的具体方法并进行实证研究,首次运用第三方、实习企业、学校、学生“四位一体”的评价方法对基地成效进行评价。主要研究结论:校外实践基地建设从“粗放型”向专业化、从单一实习向产教深度融合转变,企业获益,学校办学质量得到“质”的提升,学生就业竞争力增强,用人单位满意度提高。需要协调实习企业、学校、学生利益。

There are some prominent problems in the construction of off-campus practical teaching base, such as blind introduction of enterprises into the school, low operating efficiency, emphasis on form over content, high enthusiasm for schools and low level of bases etc, which affect the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation.Puting forward specific methods to improve the effectiveness of off-campus practical teaching bases.the "four-in-one" evaluation method of the third party, internship enterprises, schools and students is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the reform. the construction of off-campus practice base changes from "extensive" to professional,from single practice to deep integration of production and education. Enterprises benefit, school quality is improved, students’ employment competitiveness is enhanced, and employers’ satisfaction is improved.
