品管圈在提高VTE高风险患者标准预防执行率中的作用

Application of quality control circle in improving the implementation rate of standard precaution in patients with high risk of venous thromboembolism

[目的]探讨品管圈在提高静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)高风险患者标准预防执行率中的应用效果。[方法]组建多学科医护联合品管圈团队,从现状把握、目标设定、解析、真因验证、对策拟定及实施、效果评价等方面开展品管圈活动,观察VTE高风险患者标准预防执行率、VTE风险评估率、VTE相关知识知晓率等指标的变化。[结果]活动实施后,初步建立VTE标准预防防控体系和质量评价体系,VTE高风险患者标准预防执行率由58.08%提升至90.32%,医护人员对VTE发生风险主动评估率从78.26%提高至96.38%,医护人员及患者对VTE相关知识知晓率分别提升至92.37%和94.78%。活动实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]通过品管圈构建VTE标准预防防控体系和质量评价体系有利于提升医、护、患三方VTE防范水平,提高VTE高风险患者标准预防的执行率。

[Objective]To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving the implementation rate of standard precaution in patients with high risk of venous thromboembolism(VTE).[Methods] A team of quality control circle combined with multidisciplinary cooperation was established.The team developed the activities of QCC such as the goal setting,status of grasp,analysis,countermeasure formulation and implementation,effect confirmation.The system was officially in application from March to May,2020,which was used to compare the data from November to December,2017,and to compare VTE risk assessment rate,relevant knowledge awareness rate,the implementation rate of standard precaution in patients with high risk of VTE.[Results]After the application,The VTE standard prevention and control system and quality evaluation system were preliminarily established.The implementation rate of standard precaution in patients with high risk of VTE increased from 58.08%to 90.32%.VTE risk assessment rate increased from 78.26% to 96.38%.Relevant knowledge awareness rate of medical staff and patients increased to 92.37% and 94.78% and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).[Conclusion]The construction of VTE standard prevention and control system and quality evaluation system through the activities of quality control circle is conducive to improving the prevention level of VTE among doctors,nurses and patients,and improving the implementation rate of standard precaution in patients with high risk of VTE.
