手法联合刃针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of manipulation combined with blade needle for lumbar disc herniation

目的观察手法联合刃针治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法将70例LDH患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。2组均予骨痹康复胶囊口服,对照组35例予手法联合针刺治疗,治疗组35例予手法联合刃针治疗。2组均每周治疗1次,共治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评分,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率94.29%(33/35),对照组总有效率82.86%(29/35),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组疼痛VAS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组JOA下腰痛评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法联合刃针治疗LDH疗效确切,能明显改善患者疼痛症状及腰椎功能,疗效优于手法联合针刺疗法,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of manipulation combined with blade needle for lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods Totally 70 LDH patients were randomly divided into two groups.Except for oral Gubi Kangfu Capsules,35 cases in control group were treated with manipulation combined with acupuncture,and 35 in treatment group with manipulation combined with blade needle.The treatmeant continued 4 weeks,once a week,the aim was to compare visual analogue scale(VAS)for pain and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score for lower back pain;the curative effect was counted.Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 94.29%(33/35)and 82.86%(29/35),respectively,the curative effect being better in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,VAS for pain in groups was lower after treatment(P<0.05),which in treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05);JOA score for lower back pain in groups was increased(P<0.05),which increased notably in treatment group when compared with cortrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion For LDH patients,manipulation combined with blade needle has a definite curative effect,can obviously improve pain symptoms and lumbar function and its effect is better than combined with ordinary acupuncture,and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
