永州烟区烟草花叶病病毒株系调查与分析

摘要 为了查明永州主要烟区TMV株系的归属,以采自永州烟区6县23个乡镇的91个普通花叶病烟草样品为材料,通过对TMV CP基因的克隆及序列分析,并与国内外报道的主要株系(或分离物)的同一基因进行比较,构建系统发育树,研究了永州主要烟区TMV病毒株系的分布及进化情况。结果表明:永州烟区的TMV来源混杂,数据库中存在的国内外代表性分离物均可以在永州烟区6县的样品中找到亲缘种,一些TMV分离物还发生了不同程度的变异,变异样品中有65.3%是采自发病率10%以上的烟田;在普通烟草花叶病毒的防控中,应注意农事操作的规范性,预防高致病力或高传播力变异株的出现。 To clarify the source of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV)and its evolutionary status in Yongzhou tobacco area,91 tobacco samples with common mosaic disease were collected from 23 villages and towns of 6 counties for the amplification and sequence analysis of TMV CP gene.Based on this,the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results showed that TMV sources in the Yongzhou tobacco area were mixed,and all the representative isolates in the database were found relative strains in the collected samples.Some TMV isolates in the Yongzhou tobacco area also had some degree of variation,and 65.3%of the variation samples were collected from tobacco fields with an incidence rate of more than 10%.In the prevention and control of common tobacco mosaic virus,we should pay special attention to the standardization of agricultural operations,and the appearance of highly pathogenic or high-transmissible mutant strains.
