粗叶悬钩子化学成分和药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Rubus alceaefolius Poir.

粗叶悬钩子是我国民间常用药,其主要化学成分包括生物碱类、三萜类、多酚类、醌类化合物等,具有明显的保肝、抗肿瘤、抑菌活性。为了更好地开发利用该资源,在查阅历代古籍的基础上,检索1971年5月至2021年5月发表的相关文献,对粗叶悬钩子的本草学考证、鉴定、化学成分、药理作用以及开发利用情况等进行综述。总结发现现有研究大多集中在粗叶悬钩子总生物碱的保肝药理作用上,而涉及单体生物碱和其他类型化合物的研究不多,今后有必要进一步对其化学成分、药理作用、作用机制及构效关系等进行深入研究。

Rubus alceaefolius Poir.is a common folk medicine in China.Its main chemical components include alkaloids,triterpenoids,polyphenols,quinones,etc.It has obvious liver protective,anti-tumor and antibacterial activities.At the same time,it has other uses in the food industry.On the basis of reviewing the ancient books of past dynasties,we searched the relevant literature published in May 1971 to May 2021 and made an overview for the textual research on Materia Medica,identification,chemical composition,pharmacological action,development and utilization of Rubus alceaefolius Poir.It is found most of the existing studies focus on the hepatoprotective effects of the total alkaloids of Rubus alceaefolius Poir.,while there are few studies on the single alkaloids and other types of compounds and their pharmacological effects.Therefore,in order to better develop and utilize the resources of Rubus alceaefolius Poir.,it is necessary to further study its chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,mechanism of action and structure-activity relationship.
