摘要
针对传统散装粮食制样工艺的自动化程度偏低的现状,研制一套全自动制样系统。系统可在粮船接卸过程中同时完成分段制样、总体制样、余料回流3种工艺。设计可行的取样方案,保证所得样品的代表性。研制定量缩分器、匀料储料器、80工位制样转盘等核心部件,并实现自动控制。试验结果表明,该制样系统所制得样品符合行业的相关技术要求。
A set of automatic sample preparation system is developed to replace the traditional bulk grain sample preparation process.Three processes including sample preparation in subsection,overall sample preparation and recovery of remaining grain could be achieved by the system in the process of grain ship uploading.A feasible project is designed to ensure the representativeness of sampling.The core components such as the quantitative division machine,the mixstore tank and the 80-container turnplate for sample preparation are developed and controlled automatically.It is showed by experimental results that the sample produced from the system could be coincident with relevant technical requirements of the industry.
