At present,with the change of people’s life concept,the safety of food has become the first choice for the public.Such as adding whitening agent to steamed bread and adding Sudan red to food,etc.,make food safety inspection become the focus of the society.In this social situation,it is very necessary to strengthen food inspection.Measurement,as an important means to ensure the accuracy of food inspection process,will have a direct impact on food safety.This paper analyzes the practice of metrological verification in food inspection,hoping to provide effective reference suggestions for solving food safety problems.
