2020年食品广告违法典型案例分析与启示

摘要 通过对2020年食品违法广告典型的调查,分析各违法情况占比情况,结合调查结果发现,2020年国家市场监督管理总局公布的食品广告违法案例占所公布的违法广告典型案例的比例为29%,各省市公布的数据中,食品广告违法典型案例的占比为13%。通过分析发现,虚假广告占比较高,主要原因为产品同质化竞争、公众对食品相关知识缺乏、部分商家利欲熏心。针对以上情况,建议推动行业发展、加强公众科普教育、加大监管力度,促进食品广告行业的发展。 This article analyzes the proportion of each illegal situation through a typical survey of food illegal advertisements in 2020.Combined with the investigation results,it was found that the proportion of illegal cases of food advertisements announced by State Administration of Market Regulation(SAMR)in 2020 was 29%.the typical cases of illegal food advertising announced by provinces and cities was 13%.Through the analysis,it is found that the proportion of false advertising is relatively high.The main reasons are the homogeneous competition of products,the lack of food related knowledge of the public,and some businesses for huge benefits of some businesses.In view of the above situation,it is suggested to promote the development of the industry,strengthen public science education,and strengthen supervision to promote the development of food advertising industry.
