进出口食品化妆品安全监管实训标准化建设初探

摘要 进出口食品安全监管工作划入新海关后,由于管理机制变化和人员融合调整,海关保障进出口食品安全监管面临较大挑战。本文通过探索建立适应进出口食品化妆品安全监管实际的实训标准化体系,为化解海关人力资源结构性紧缺的矛盾,有效提升关员能力素质提供借鉴和参考。 After the function of import and export food safety supervision was transferred to customs,followed by the changes in the management mechanism and the adjustment of personnel,customs faces greater challenges in ensuring the safety of import and export food.This paper explores a training standardization system that adapts to the safety supervision practice of import and export food and cosmetics,and it provides reference for resolving the contradiction of the structural shortage of Customs human resources and effectively improving the competence and capacity of customs officers.
