摘要 因为膨化食品具有食用简单、易消化、价格低等特征,所以广受消费者好评。但最近几年来,我国市场上涌现出大批量不符合食品安全标准的膨化食品,而主要原因与铅、铝含量等超标有着密切的关系,特别是正处于生长发育阶段的儿童,如果食用过多膨化食品,那么就极易会产生无法逆转的严重后果。对此,本文将就膨化食品主要质量安全问题展开研究,旨在促使人们对膨化食品有更深入的了解。 Puffed food is widely praised by consumers because of its simple eating,easy digestion,and low price.However,in recent years,a large number of puffed foods that do not meet the food safety standards have emerged on the domestic market.The main reason is that the lead and aluminum content exceeds the standard.Especially for children who are in the growth and development stage,if they eat too much Puffed food will easily produce irreversible and serious consequences.In this regard,this article will conduct research on the main quality and safety issues of puffed food,aiming to encourage people to have a deeper understanding of puffed food.
